[Lead Architect]
A candidate with extensive experience in planning, design and supervision, who can handle multiple projects as the project leader and give accurate instructions to team members. A candidate with the ability to handle smooth client relations.
For those with strong business skills who can utilize their own network to develop new clients and take on projects, annual salaries of over 10 million yen are negotiable.
[Monthly salary] 350,000 yen and up *Determined based on ability and experience


[Architect]
Candidates must have practical experience in planning, design and supervision, and have the ability to properly progress work as a project manager.
[Monthly salary] From 250,000 yen *Determined based on ability and experience


【designer】
Able to handle projects from planning to design and supervision.
[Monthly salary] 190,000 yen and up *Determined based on ability and experience


[Business outsourcing partner]
We are looking for someone who can sign a project contract for a certain period of time (several months to several years).
Remuneration will be based on negotiation.


[Administrative part-time job]
General affairs/accounting assistant, secretarial work, etc. Those with experience will be given preference.
［Hourly wage］1200 yen〜 ※Depending on ability. Transportation expenses will be provided separately.


[Design part-time job]
Applicants must be in their third year or above in an architecture department. You will assist staff with drawing, models, CG, and presentation creation.
[Hourly wage] 1,200 yen and up *Transportation expenses will be provided separately.



■About the trial period
Lead architects, architects and designers are offered a paid trial period of up to three months.

■Work location

Aim Tokyo Kudan Building 4F, 1-2-11 Kudankita, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
(2 minutes walk from Toei Shinjuku Line, Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line)

■ Working hours
9:00-18:00 (flexible hours available)

Weekends, holidays, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid holidays, childcare leave, etc.
